Little One's Favourite Beef Nachos
Nachos topped with seasoned ground beef and fresh toppings. Quick to make, fun to share, and ready for those busy school/work nights!

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 bag of corn tortilla chips
  • 1 jar salsa (store bought or homemade)
  • 1 c shredded cheese
  • Chives, chopped
  • Homemade taco seasoning:
  • 1 Tbsp Chili powder
  • 1½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp herb & garlic @epicureofficial
  • ¼ tsp Epicure 3 onion
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes
  • ¼ tsp oregano
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Oil to brown meat
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add spices to a little bowl and mix.
  3. In a pan, add a bit of oil and once heated, add ground beef. Cook through and add spices. Mix until combined. You can add a bit of water if you feel like the mixture needs a bit of liquid.
  4. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheets add seasoned ground beef, salsa and cheese. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and add chopped chives or green onion and serve.
  6. We didn’t have any sour cream, cilantro or lime, but they would have gone well with these nachos.
