Did you know that TELUS is the most giving company in Canada? TELUS keeps up the Give Where We Live philosophy through their community initiatives. Over the past few years, I have been able to give where I live and I am thankful for that.

TELUS is the Most Giving Company in Canada
A little info about the most giving company in Canada:
During TELUS Days of Giving we come together as a global team to volunteer and give back in our local
communities. Guided by this heartfelt philosophy, we are leveraging our technology, social
innovation and human compassion to create stronger, healthier, more sustainable communities in
Canada and around the globe.
This year we’ll be proudly sharing that TELUS is the #mostgivingcompany in Canada, and we have the
proof to back it up. Since 2000, TELUS has contributed $1.2 billion to charitable organizations in
Canada, including $682 million in financial support and 10 million hours of volunteerism. This past
year alone, TELUS has given $150 million to Canadian charitable organizations to create
stronger, healthier communities, and impacted two million youth through the TELUS Friendly
Future Foundation, establishing TELUS as the #MostGivingCompany in Canada.

TELUS is the most giving company because of its amazing people and commitment to giving back. TELUS contributed $150 million and one million volunteer hours to charitable organizations this past year, more than any other organization in the country.
Have you ever taken part in TELUS Days of Giving? Do you help give back to our mutual local communities? I’m proud that TELUS and the TELUS family participates in various TELUS-run volunteering opportunities. Since I haven’t been able to make it to any recent TELUS-run volunteer opportunity recently, I’m glad I have been able to do my part and take part in my own volunteering.
Whether it be volunteering for events, being a parent volunteer as my daughter sells Girl Guide cookies to raise funds for their LEAP trip, cleaning up the highways, or driving people in our community to their medical appointments, there are always opportunities to give back and volunteer a few hours even when life is crazy busy. When I see how many hours TELUS pours into giving back to their community, it inspires me to do the same, and it makes me proud to be affiliated with a company that is dedicated to giving back.
I’m looking forward to being able to participate in future volunteering opportunities with TELUS! TELUS truly is the most giving company in Canada.
