I think it’s safe to say that when it comes to giving gifts to Little One’s grandparents, photos always seem to be a hit. Let’s face it, Little One’s grandparents love receiving enlarged, printed, and framed photos of their grandchildren. They’ve also got pretty much everything they need, and have told us they don’t want anymore “things” (aka: dust collectors). Little One’s Grandma, Lola (grandmother in Filipino/Tagalog), and Grampy are all trying to downsize and get rid of things, but photos are always welcome.
I’ve made photo books, calendars, and have framed photos for them. Just when I thought I was running out of ideas, Collage.com came along!
The Photo Blankets are so beautiful. They make the perfect gift item for anyone on your list! They’re great for giving on birthdays, anniversaries, for the birth of a new baby, for Christmas…or any other occasion! You’re going to want to make one for yourself too!

Customizing your photo blankets is simple. The site is easy to navigate and all you need to do us upload your favourite photos and choose a template. You can also choose what kind of fabric you would like for your blanket. You can choose between Fleece, Sherpa, Printed Woven, Plush Fleece, Plush Sherpa, and Woven Image. There are three sizes to choose from: Baby (30 x 40), Throw (50 x 60), and Queen (60 x 80).
When I completed my blanket with the photos and layout, I was completely satisfied with my creation. I just wondered what the actual product would look like. Would it be as amazing as it looked when I created it online?
Here’s what my blanket looks like IRL:
The process was simple. You can switch out photos or change up your template. The photo blankets are custom designed by you, so the sky’s the limit!
I was impressed with how crisp the photos were. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I thought perhaps some of the photo quality would be lost in printing on fabric. I was wrong! The images are so crisp and clear!
I got the Sherpa Throw and was also surprised at how incredibly soft the fabric is. My Little One has already tried to claim the blanket, but it’s mine…all mine! Just kidding. Little One and I like to snuggle under the blanket and watch Netflix together. This blanket makes cuddle time and family time even more special.
Check out how soft and fuzzy the Sherpa Throw is! Love, love, love!
I think I’m going to have to make some for Little One’s grandparents for Christmas. Now that we have another baby in the family, I’m sure my parents are going to want to have a blanket with all their grandchildren’s photos on it. Now that our nieces on my husband’s side are off the island and have graduated from college, it will be great to have their photos and Little One’s photo on a blanket for Hubby’s mom.
When I look at our photo blanket, each photo tells a story. Family, love, moments, and memories are ever present with these Photo Blankets.
