I kid you not. MomSneak is a real thing. 9 out of 10 Canadian moms feel that watching TV or movies alone is valuable “met time”.
I have to admit that there is something so satisfying in being able to unwind at the end of the day when the kid is asleep, and watch a few episodes of my favourite shows on Netflix. Total uninterrupted TV viewing is a treat! It may sound trivial, but it really is a big thing to be able to have that time alone to just chill out and take a break from the every day routine.
Cat and Nat shared this video on how they MomSneak.
Take a peek at their video. Cat and Nat always make me laugh.

All I think about is that even if you wash your hands, your phone would still be covered in germs.
I sneak in TV and movie time when Little One is asleep at night or if I happen to be waiting for her to be done an activity or camp. To be honest, my days are pretty full with farm life and working again. Though I work from home, I have no opportunity to really sneak in some Netflix time until right before bedtime.
Here’s what I’ve been watching:
I’m curious to hear how other moms MomSneak! Let me know in the comments below what you’re watching and how you get in your “me time”.
