I have a confession. My name is Christine, and I love shopping. I also love shopping and saving. That sounds like an oxymoron. The truth is, I love loyalty rewards programs.
Why not save a bit at stores you frequent anyway, right?
Target REDcard Details:
REDcard Debit card
The Target REDcard debit card option will debit your existing personal chequing account. This card can only be used in Target stores. You do not have to open up a new bank account.
REDcard Credit card
You can opt for the Target RBC MasterCard, a MasterCard with no annual fee. You get 5% off every Target purchase, as long as you’re using the Target MasterCard as your form of payment. It also provides .5% cash rewards on all purchases (outside of Target) as well as purchase security and extended warranty insurance.
Because Target is still a new retailer in Canada most do not fully understand what the program is all about or how easy it is to get. Many consumers are not aware that the savings are applied right at time of purchase and that if they are not using a Target REDcard they are giving up 5% savings on almost all of their purchases!
I wasn’t aware of all the Target REDcard details until only recently. I was surprised at how simple it was to sign up! I signed up for the REDcard debit card online and within minutes, my application had gone through and I was approved.
Get a #TargetREDcard before November 10th and you will receive an additional 5% Coupon
- The Target Canada REDcard program allows Canadian shoppers to save 5% every day on already low prices at Target stores* using either a REDcard debit or credit card.
- The savings are applied right at time of purchase
- If you are not using a Target REDcard you are giving up 5% savings on almost all of your purchases.
I figure if I’m already shopping at a store I love, I might as well save a few dollars while I’m at it! 5% every day you use your REDcard adds up!
