It’s always been very important for me as a parent to be able to create and discover with my child and at the same time, inspire curiosity in my child. Crafts and educational activities are really big in our house. Little One has always loved crafts with Mom. Now that we’ve been introduced to Curiosity Box, we’ve been having even more fun!
Curiosity Box delivers crafts and activities to curious minds
Whether it be a rainy afternoon, quiet evening after a busy day, or quality one on one time, Curiosity Box has crafts and activities that are fun and educational.
Little One had the opportunity to try out the Back to School Box.
The Back to School Curiosity Box arrived right around the time Little One started her first week if grade 1! It was perfect for getting her ready for back to school. The first thing she wanted to do was create her My Book of Numbers. She had all her materials sprawled out on the kitchen table while I was cooking supper. To my surprise, she had completed her task all on her own. She was so excited to just delve right into everything!
Personalizing her new pencil case and making her First Dayof School photo frame were also fun activities for her. I do think that her favourite of them all was making her I <3 School necklace. She even wore it to school her first week back! She was so proud of her necklace!
Another item we love from the Curiosity Box we received is the set of Easy Daysies! The magnetic labels help kids organizes, independent and into routine. Little One surprised me by taking the initiative to refer to the magnetic labels and make sure to complete her tasks (comb hair, breakfast, brush teeth, etc).
You can get a subscription for Curiosity Box (choose between 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions). Kids (and adults!) love receiving surprises in the mail. Imagine the excitement your child will have when they receive their monthly Curiosity Box!
Each Curiosity Box is creatively selected, designed and conveniently packaged to deliver craft and activity kits for you and your child. If you get a subscription, a NEW themed Curiosity Box will be mailed monthly and will include all of the supplies you need for 3 quality crafts, 1 main activity, other activities and more!
You can also order single boxes. Just choose your child’s favourite theme here and you’ll receive some fun crafts and ideas, complete with all the materials your child will need to do them. Little One received the Back to School box. She has expressed great interest in these ones too:
- Discover Nature and Bugs
- Festive Fall
- Flowers and Butterflies
- Princess Fun
- Thankful for Thanksgiving
Another fun thing Curiosity Box has is their selection of Party Boxes. These are perfect for birthday parties or events. Little One’s birthday is in November, so I’m trying to debate whether we’ll choose the Rainbow Fun, Sweet Cupcakes or Tea Time box. The Superhero Power ones is cute too!
So much fun! I love the Curiosity Box allows me the opportunity to do something fun and crafty with Little One and spend some quality time together. I always make time for crafts and fun!
