Road trips are the ultimate bonding experiences for families.

I remember long road trips when I was a kid. My parents would pack up the vehicle and stick my brothers and me in the car for lengthy road trips from Montreal to New York, to Virginia, the Carolinas, and to our ultimate destination…FLORIDA! We were no strangers to road tripping.

Now I have my own little family and we are no strangers to road trips either!

We just got back from a road trip and I have to say that Tim Hortons was a big part of our little adventure! It was a dual purpose journey: Our annual trip to Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show and a special family event for Hubby’s side of the family. Hubby’s aunt and uncle celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary and it was somewhat of a reunion for his mom’s side of the family. It was also the first time Little One and I met some of Hubby’s extended family.

Of course, with road tripping, pit stops must be made. Coffee breaks, lunch breaks…you name it, there’s always a reason to stop at Tim’s!

When we travel, we always carry our Tim’s card for convenience and we always make sure to have our credit card with us…just in case of emergencies!
