If there’s one thing I am passionate about, it’s making sure my Little One eats healthy litterless lunches. It means a lot to me for my daughter to not only eat healthy, but to tread as lightly on the earth as possible. This means packing lunches in reusable containers, giving her reusable cutlery, and sending her to school with a reusable water bottle and cloth napkins.
I’m not the only one who takes litterless lunches seriously. Wean Green feels the same way! Their glass containers are a great way to reduce waste. By not sending packaged food items with your kids, you reduce the amount of waste generated from disposable items.
I’m really excited to announce that I’ve teamed up with Wean Green to offer you a chance to show off your litterless lunches and win a great eco-friendly prize! Just in time for Earth Day!

Our school has Waste Free Wednesdays, but I try my best to pack a literless lunch every single day! I love those containers!
That’s awesome, MultiTestingMom!
These containers are so nice. I like that parents send reusable containers and cutlery to school for their children.
The Wean Green containers are gorgeous! Love reusable containers! So much better for the planet 🙂
I never gave litterless lunches a thought when I was younger, and even in my college days. Now I’m so much more aware of it – thanks to reminders like this! We make sure we have good quality containers that don’t leak and can be washed in the dishwasher to make life easier for us. Everytime my husband comes home from work (and we come home from playdates and outings) – and we see a ton of tupperware and utensils filling up the dishwasher (while our garbage container is still pretty empty) – we know we’re on the right track! What a great contest Christine! Muah! xx
Thank you! That is awesome! You guys are doing an awesome job!
What a great idea for a contest. At my children’s school if you don’t bring a litterless lunch you have to take your garbage home!! Ick! I learned! ha ha
Jenn, that is such a smart idea though! lol
We make litterless lunches everyday and there is nothing I look forward to more then cleaning out my son’s messy lunch bag, LOL. These containers sound like they might be the perfect answer to those leaks and spills.
Oh yeah! I find the Wean Green containers to be very spill-proof! 🙂
Great products! We make litterless lunches every day, and in fact it’s a requirement at the school. I like that it’s good for the environment. I’ll try to remember to snap a photo of the lunch for the contest!
Wow! Awesome that your kids’ school make litterless lunches a requirement! I LOVE that! All schools should be that forward thinking 🙂
