I’m so thankful that my four year old is able to experience precious moments like these with her “Grampy”. I hope they have many more “Gone Fishin'” moments together.
Link up your Wordless Wednesday posts! We’d love to check them out!
Fishing is one of my passions and my three year old is eager to learn. I’ve taken her out a few times not but so far she hasn’t had any luck. One of these days she will and it should be interesting to see how she reacts to actually catching a fish! But they are great memories even when she doesn’t.
What a great photo!
We just started taking the boys fishing this summer. Such a great experience for everyone. They love it when the grandparents join in the fun! 🙂
I was pretty close to my grandfather. He died when I was 23 and working overseas…away from home (as in out of the country and far, far away from my family). So hard. I want Little One to remember her time with her grandparents. So special.
What a fantastic moment to capture 🙂
cute! we haven’t taken our boys fishing yet!

Great photo! Special time with her grandpa?
Previous moment…grandpa with a pink fishing pole!
That is a framer!
Love that Grampy is so involved in RA’s life! Such fantastic memories for her for life!

Time with grandparents is the best. I was practically raised by mine and the memories are so precious!
Love her pink rod! 🙂 My dad just moved to Canada so we’re looking forward to more quality time with him!

What a wonderful photo, cherish these moments! My dad died when I was only 20, so sadly, my children never had the chance to meet him.
Aww, what a very precious moment! So special when grandparents and grandkids can have that time together!
I bet Grampy loves every moment with his little sweet heart.
Pam:
Indeed! It’s so sweet. They’re best buds!
I can remember fishing as a kid and the simple quiet moments of being with a special adult beside you. Great pic!
Julie:
So true! That’s one of the things I remember best about my childhood. Special, quiet moments with a special adult. Sweet.
Lucky girl! I can barely remember my grandfather. She’ll treasure this picture when she’s older.
Olivia:
Thanks for popping by! I love your WW post!
