I survived yet another NaBloPoMo! Every day for the month of November, I diligently posted on the blog. I’ll have to admit that I feel like I did a horrible job. Life has been so busy and I really don’t feel like I put much thought or effort into my posts.
Regardless, I did it! ๐
I once contemplated on doing the NaNoWriMo challenge. Yikes. Perhaps I was being too ambitious. Maybe next year I’ll try my hand at the national novel writing month. Maybe.
Oh, and I also did this…Remember the recipe I wanted to try? Well, it turned out perfectly! Hubby says this recipe is a keeper.
Here’s a cross section shot of the cream cheese filled chocolate cupcake. The candy cane sprinkles (or as my two year old nephew calls them, “pinkles”) are great with the chocolate cupcake. Mint + Chocolate = A marriage made in Heaven!
Congratulations!!!! I am so proud of you. It is such a thrill to have those 30 days of posting under your belt isn’t it? I didn’t do it this year, but I remember the feeling of relief on Dec 1st so well ๐
Those cupcakes look divine. Anything with cream cheese and cake is a winner in my book.
BTW Chrissy- i’m going to make these cupcakes for my mom’s b-day next week. I am strapped for time and am having everyone over for dinner Friday night (first night of Chanukah AND mom’s bd AND Shabbat!!)
thanks for the idea!!
Congratulations on completing another NABLOPOMO! I got one post out… that’s something right?
I think you did great, and um… those cupcakes look YUMMY!
yummy!! looks good. I will have to try these for sure.
I made chocolate chip cashew shortbread cookies and Apricot Chocolate chip cookies for a cookie exchange. Your peanut butter ones looked awesome but i did’t have all the ingrediants and couldn’t get out to buy them.
